Cloud & AI Solution Sales Representative (AWS Partner | PTC Reseller – PLM & ALM)

Role Summary:

The Cloud & AI Solution Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of AWS Cloud services, GenAI & AI Agent solutions (Amazon Bedrock, HiliosAI etc.), and PTC PLM & ALM platforms (Windchill, Codebeamer).

This role aligns with AWS Partner Sales Competency and PTC Authorized Reseller requirements, emphasizing co-selling, value-based selling, and enterprise account management.

Key Responsibilities

1. AWS Partner Sales Responsibilities

  • Drive adoption and revenue for AWS Cloud services, including:
    • Compute (EC2, EKS etc.)
    • Storage (S3 etc.)
    • Serverless (Lambda etc.)
    • Databases & AI services (RDS, Bedrock etc.)
  • Execute AWS co-sell motions:
    • Register opportunities in AWS Partner Central
    • Collaborate with AWS Account Managers & Solutions Architects
  • Promote Well-Architected Framework and cloud best practices
  • Identify workloads suitable for:
    • Cloud migration
    • Cloud-native modernization
    • GenAI / AI Agent deployment

2. PTC Reseller Sales Responsibilities (PLM & ALM)

  • Sell and position PTC solutions:
    • Windchill PLM
    • Codebeamer ALM
  • Manage the full license + maintenance + services sales cycle
  • Align with PTC deal registration, discounting, and compliance rules
  • Identify expansion opportunities:
    • Additional modules
    • User expansion
    • Services (implementation, integration, training)

3. Solution Selling & Account Management

  • Conduct discovery to understand:
    • Business objectives
    • Engineering & IT challenges
    • Digital transformation roadmap
  • Work with Pre-sales / Solution Architects to:
    • Define architectures and solution scope
    • Prepare proposals, demos, and PoCs
  • Maintain long-term enterprise customer relationships
  • Forecast sales accurately and maintain CRM hygiene

Qualifications

Mandatory (Partner-Compliant)

  • 2 - 5 years of B2B enterprise solution sales
  • Experience selling:
    • Cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
    • Enterprise software (PLM, ALM, DevOps)
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Subscription & consumption-based pricing (AWS)
    • License + maintenance models (PTC)
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles (3–6 months)

Preferred

  • Experience working in AWS Partner / PTC Reseller environment
  • Familiar with:
    • AWS Partner Central
    • PTC deal registration & channel policies
  • Knowledge of:
    • Manufacturing, Automotive, Electronics industries
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner / Sales accreditation is a plus

  • Research and understand customer needs to provide consultation and recommend the most suitable software solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations, solution demonstrations, and software demos for customers.
  • Prepare and manage business proposals, quotations, and contracts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (e.g., Engineering, Economics, Business Administration).
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in selling technical software solutions (preference for candidates with experience selling PTC Inc. and MSC Software products).
  • Understanding of design, simulation, and product lifecycle management processes in target industries.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers at various levels.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively within a team.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, highly responsible, and able to work under sales pressure.
  • Proficient in using office applications (Microsoft Office).
  • Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
  • Willingness to travel when necessary.
  • Work Location: Ho Chi Minh City.
